1:1 Course
These private sessions will be individually tailored for you and your birth partner. The sessions can be arranged at a time that is convenient to you.
The 1:1 course includes all of the same content as the group course and can be carried out on zoom or face to face. (face to face sessions subject to additional costs to be confirmed on enquiry).

Hynobirthing Basics
This is a condensed 4 hour essentials course perfect for anyone who is nearing the end of their pregnancy or has used hypnobirthing before and wants a refresher. You will still be able to effectively prepare for a calm and positive birth. These courses are 1 to 1 and are therefore arranged at a time to suit you.

Birth Planning Workshop
This is a 2 hour workshop designed to educate the birthing couple on their options in order to develop a birth plan. We will spend two hours discussing birth choices as well as how to use the BRAINS decision making tool. I will then write up a concise and visual birth plan based on the birthing person's specific requests.
This is a great addition to any of the other courses to complete your antenatal education or can be booked as a standalone option. This workshop is 1 to 1 and is therefore arranged at a time to suit you.
